About Us
RasterTech is a software distribution division of Breedveld Enterprises Ltd (BEL). For the past 25 years we have been bringing to New Zealand and
the Pacific world leading Technical Software for users and developers. In 2016 we also took over the distrbution rights for Australia from Larissa
and Sergui who have moved on to new ventures

CSoft AS is a Norwegian company located in Lillestrøm, just outside Oslo.
CSoft AS markets and distributes in-house developed Windows* based software as
well as solutions developed by CSoft Development and other global subsidiaries
and partners.
CSoft Development a CAD/GIS/EDM software development partner of CSoft AS
has roots from the 1990's and was organised by a development team of the
leading experts in the field of hybrid (raster and vector) graphics. The history of
this team started in from its first OEM product, RxVectory for DOS. RxVectory set
the standard for raster to vector (R2V) conversion and raster editing of scanned
drawings at that time.
Decades of experience results in the most advanced software to fill the gap
between archives of scanned drawings and CAD/GIS vector-based graphics.

One of founders and the first Managing Director of CSoft AS Jan Erik Stoll stated:

Jan Erik Stoll unfortunately passed away suddenly and too early on the 22nd of
June 2008.
